Volunteer rescue transport drivers needed on Saturdays & Sundays!





We are part of a network of rescues and shelters seeking volunteer drivers for dog transports in WV, KY, MD, PA, NJ, CT, MA & NY. General transfer points are listed in the drivers questionnaire so potential drivers can see if you live near our transport route.





Our transports start Saturday morning in northern WV. We overnight a few dogs in NJ and then finish up into New England on Sunday mornings.





We move dogs from rural shelters in WV, KY & OH to prescreened/approved foster-based rescues and no kill shelters in the northeast. All dogs travel with appropriate vetting and paperwork. Crates are required but not provided, although we do occasionally get some donated to be shared among our driver network.

Our process: application, vet reference check, conversation about the dog, home visit, meet the dog. If interested in this dog, submit  the application to start the process. We adopt to suburban areas of  PA, NJ, CT, southern upstate NY, DE or MD. Long distance adopters must come to us in northeastern PA to adopt after the application is approved and home visit is complete.

Adoption fee: $325 + tax = $344.50. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, 4DX test, rabies vaccine, distemper combo vaccine, wormer, and flea/tick preventative in season.
